 What We Do Southern Construction & Design, Inc., works with you to create and build the Custom Home/Remodeling Project you desire. We are a creative team that works with your ideas, and our experience to produce a final product that is reflective of your expectations. We enjoy the creative process to understand what your desires are from the project, which helps us to better inform you about the many choices and products that are available. From the beginning, we desire to become a part of the creative team, to forge a partnership that is built on trust and communication from the very beginning of the project. Communication is a very critical element to the overall success of the project. To aid in this we depend on email, text messages, and mobile communications. We also include periodic on-site meetings with you and with subcontractors as needed. It is critical that we are all building from the "same page". |
