 Meet the Owners John Allen, P.E., G.M.B., C.G.R, C.A.P.S, is a licensed residential homebuilder, a Graduate Master Builder (G.M.B), a Certified Graduate Remodeler (C.G.R.), a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (C.A.P.S.) and also a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Alabama. A graduate of Auburn University, Mr. Allen is a member of the Alabama/National Society of Professional Engineers, National Association of Home Builders, and a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association. He served as a City of Madison Planning Commissioner from 2000 - 2007, a member of the Madison Rotary Club and the Builders Association Remodelers Council. Currently, Mr. Allen is the President of the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association. Mr. Allen has been engaged in the construction industry for over 11 years, with expertise in the areas of project management, foundation, structural, and HVAC design, as well as lighting and interior finish selection. Mr. Allen recently is in the process of his accredidation as a NAHB National Green Building Program Verifier, as well as a Certified Green Professional (C.G.P.). Bob Goff, G.M.B., C.G.R., C.A.P.S., is a licensed residential home builder in the State of Alabama, a Graduate Master Builder (G.M.B.), a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (C.A.P.S.). A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he holds Masters degrees from Webster University and Auburn University. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association, and member of the Remodelers Council. Associated with the construction industry for over 30 years, Mr. Goff has specific expertise in electrical and network services, framing/plumbing design, project management. Mr. Goff recently is in the process of his accredidation as a Certified Green Professional (C.G.P.).
